Choir Associates Mandatory Meeting – Feb. 8 at 4:15 PM

Choir Registration 8/31 and 9/8

Dear CHS Choir Singers and Parents,

Please plan to attend Choir Registration either 8/31 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 9/8 from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. This event allows us to take care of everything needed by each singer for the entire school year, and it is critical that you attend one of the nights. It will only take about a half hour to go through the entire process, not the entire two hours. Both the singer and a parent need to be in attendance at the same time.
We look forward to seeing all of you on one these two dates. It has been an amazing first week back in the CHS choir room!

STATE BUSES HEADED HOME

Dear TSSEC Parents,
The first bus is on its way home and the second bus will depart soon. Please check with your singer to see which bus they are on and arrange for transportation home from CHS.
Each bus will call when they are 30 minutes away from CHS. Please help us avoid having chaperones wait.
We are very proud of how every singer performed today and how they behaved on this trip! We teach incredible kids!

Ranger Game Information

Dear Parents,

Below is the information from CISD about the game.  I will email/text/tweet if I become aware of anything.  I would like the kids to meet me near the store behind home plate no later than 6 pm tonight.  Plan for weather and traffic delays.  Let me know if you have any questions!

Below is some important information regarding the Rangers game tomorrow evening.

CISD Day at the Ballpark is still on for Wed., May 13, however, weather forecasts by local media are predicting 75 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms at game time.

 

-The Texas Rangers organization will determine all game delays and/or cancellations (due to inclement weather) at game time – 7:05 PM.

-In the event of a rain delay, the district’s on-field/pre-game activities could be held at the end of the delay, if possible. If the game is cancelled (and re-scheduled), the on-field activities will also be cancelled, but not re-scheduled.

-RANGERS RAIN CHECK  –  Should the game be cancelled, you must retain possession of your ticket until the full game has been played. (Please refer to the Rangers Rain Check Policy stated on the back of your ticket and posted on the Texas Rangers website.) http://www.texasrangers.com
