Parents – Volunteer for Full Service Saturday

Dear CHS Choir Parents,

Just a reminder to save Sept. 6 (or Makeup/Madrigal Parents on Sept. 9) for Full Service Saturday.  We will get you more information soon about specific times.  It is very important that every choir singer and one parent or guardian attends this event.
We are currently in need of volunteers to make this event flow quickly.  If you are available to help, please sign up online here.

Choir First Day Information

Dear CHS Choir Singers and Parents,

Welcome to choir at CHS!  It was a fantastic day for choir at CHS.  Here is some information that will help you get started:

 

1. NEW TO CHOIR AT CHS? – Complete the Charms Office Information Form for our Booster Club – CLICK HERE – Each singer’s account will be setup this week.

2.REQUIRED FOR ALL SINGERS – Handbook Forms (print, sign and return) – CLICK HERE

3. Review the Choir Handbook – CLICK HERE

4. Check out our Choir Website at http://www.coppellchoir.com

a. Calendar to view all Choir Events for the year – CLICK HERE – Be sure to save Sept. 6 for Full Service Saturday (More Information Coming Soon)

b. Parents can volunteer to help with events online – CLICK HERE  – We need your help with Full Service Saturday on Sept. 6 and the Region Audition which we are hosting on Oct. 25.

c. Subscribe to our choir twitter by texting “Follow CoppellChoir” to 40404

5. Private Lesson Packets are available – VOICE LESSONS or PIANO LESSONS (These lessons are scheduled first come, first served.  The sooner we receive the completed form, the quicker we can get them scheduled.)

6. All-State Music Purchase Information – Order Large School Women or Men’s Packets – CLICK HERE

7. Please have your singers bring the following supplies:

Men’s Choir – Case of Bottled Waters

Kantorei – Ream of Paper

A Cappella – Case of Bottled Waters

Bella Voce – Kleenex Tissues

All State Campers – BRING YOUR OWN MUSIC WITH YOU TO CAMP

Dear All-State Choir Campers!

All-State Camp starts at CHS is just a few days.  Don’t forget that you will need to purchase your music and bring it with you.  Here is what you need:
Boys – Large School Tenor Bass or Men’s Choir Packet
Girls – Large School Treble or Women’s Choir Packet
You can purchase these at Pender’s Music in Carrollton or Denton.  Their website is http://www.penders.com

Respira Ladies,

As we prepare for camp, we want to remind you of these things:

1. Please bring a case of bottled water with you to camp on Monday.

2. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can dance in.

3. Please read and complete the Acknowledgement form and bring it with you on Monday! Click here for packet!

4. Lunch each day will be from 12-1. You can bring lunch with you, have your parents bring you lunch or go off campus.

We are looking forward to and awesome year! See you at 9 on Monday!

Full Service Saturday Information

Dear CHS Choir Parents,

Take a moment and mark your calendar for September 6, 2014 for FULL SERVICE SATURDAY!  All choir students and one parent/guardian per student will be REQUIRED to attend this event.
  • 9-11 AM – Returning Choir Students – CHS COMMONS
  • 1-3 PM – New Choir Students – CHS COMMONS
