Lower your choir costs by selling sponsorships!!
Is selling sponsorships hard? How do I do it?
- Print this brochure (you can show the brochure from an ipad or other tablet too) and this form
- This letter is also helpful to some sponsors
- Take it with you to a business or two and ask them if they want to be choir sponsors – once they say yes, you can simply ask them for a check and complete the form with them.
- Attach the check with the sponsorship form and turn it into the brown box in the choir room and you are DONE. NO DELIVERY after or anything.
What can I use the money for?
- CURRENT AND FUTURE TRIP PAYMENTS!!!
- Choir banquet tickets
- Current or future choir fees
- CHS Choir logo merchandise (they make great stocking stuffers)
You get the most money from selling sponsorships than from ANY other fundraisers and you can do this ALL YEAR LONG!!
Just think! Your parents can get you better presents if they don’t have to make big December Trip Payments.

Choir Christmas Ornaments

Coppell Choir Parents
Last year we offered the varsity choirs an opportunity to purchase custom Christmas Ornaments. Both the kids and the parents loved them because they made a special keepsake.
This year, in addition to the varsity choirs, we are offering a ‘Coppell Choir’ ornament (not pictured).
They are white porcelain approximately 2”x 3” … $8.00 each and they will show the year 2012
If you are interested, here is all you need to do.
1. Send an email to Jennifer Siegrist… jennsiegrist@gmail.com** In the subject line, put ‘Choir Ornament – Vivace’ (or madrigals / kantorei / coppell)
2. ** If you want this to be a surprise for your child, please put that in the email… also, let us know if you want more than one
3. Send $8 to school (checks made out to Choir Boosters) with ‘ornament’ in the subject line. If you send cash, please put it in an envelope with your name and a note stating which choir you want. Money must be in before the order is placed. We will not be ordering extras (because we will have the year printed on them)
Deadline for placing an order is Wednesday November 28
