Men’s Choir Uniforms DUE TOMORROW

Men’s Choir Parents,

We are so proud of how the boys performed yesterday at Pre UIL!   They really outdid themselves!!  Now that their contest performances are over for the year, we have asked that they turn in their uniforms TOMORROW.
The men who turn their uniforms in tomorrow will be rewarded with breakfast in class!

Vivace Reps and Shirt Voting – Due Friday at 8 AM

Good morning Vivace!

As you know from our meeting, the shirt designs were due to me this morning at 8 AM.  Please vote for your choice for the Vestie Shirt as well as the Show Shirt by Friday AM at 8 AM.

Also, we have tabulated the votes and we will have the following folks serving as Reps for the Group:

Choir Booster Officer Positions 2016-2017

Choir Booster Parents,

Each Spring, the Choir Booster Organization holds their annual election of Executive Board Officers.

Last year, we used our Charms email communication system to begin the nomination process and to successfully elect our officers. Using Charms ensured that each and every choir booster parent had the opportunity to participate in the nomination and voting process.

This year, we’re introducing a new online nomination form for your convenience and to further streamline the election process!

We would like to encourage you to consider serving on the 2016-2017 Executive Board by reviewing the CHS Choir Booster Board Position Descriptions. This document details the following available board positions: (President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer & Secretary)  [click here to view board position descriptions]

Once you have read about what each role entails, we ask that you complete our online nomination form with what capacity you intend to commit. (Note: elected officers must have a student enrolled in Choir for the coming school year 2016-2017).  [click here to access the online nomination form]

The online nomination form should be completed and received by the Nominating Committee by March 31, 2016.

After the nomination forms are collected, the Nominating Committee will email the “Slate of Candidates” so you may vote for the candidate(s) of your choice.

New Executive Board Members for 2016-2017 will be announced at our next board meeting in April.

I’ve had the honor of serving on the board the past three years and the rewards will fill your heart with pride. This is an important opportunity for you to show your child leadership by being a leader in this incredible program.

Hello again Vivace Singers and Parents!

Reminder that the Vivace Fee of $75 is due tomorrow.  You are welcome to bring a check or cash with you to rehearsal tomorrow to turn in to the box, or you can log in now and pay online through Charms with a credit or debit card.  There are no extra fees for paying online.
After tomorrow, only online payments will be accepted.   Any singers who need additional time to pay the fee, will need to email  No Vivace Uniforms will be given to singers until their fee is paid.

Vivace First Rehearsal THIS SATURDAY

Vivace Singers and Parents,

We are excited to have our first Vivace Rehearsal Saturday from 12 to 3 PM.
You will need to arrive having already eaten lunch.  We ask that you each bring a case of bottled waters as we are out and will need them for our rehearsals!  Also, wear comfortable shoes and cloth to dance in to ALL rehearsals.
The rehearsal schedule will be:
12:00-1:40 – Dance
1:45-3 – Music and Information
Sheet music and audio recordings of the music can be found through the link below:
You need not print off the music for the rehearsals because we will do that for you!
Attached is a copy of the rehearsal schedule that was a part of the Audition Packet.
