Dear NYC Trip Student Participants,
You are ALL invited to be a part of the choir that performs in St. John The Divine. We will combine to perform with singers from San Angelo Central High School in San Angelo, TX. Click the link below and add the rehearsals to your calendar!
For singers to participate in the performance they will need to attend ALL rehearsals unless approved by Mr. Brown in advance through the CHS Choir Conflict Form which can be found at tinyurl.com/coppellchoirconflicts.
Please let us know if you have any questions!

Dear NYC Trip Participants and Parents,
FINAL PANSY ORDERS
Tomorrow (Thursday, October 6th) is the ABSOLUTE LAST DAY to turn in Pansy order forms and money. Please encourage your student to send one last text to grandma, neighbors, and family friends to make a final push to sell before turning in your order during choir classes tomorrow. Orders will not be accepted after 4pm. We will be submitting our final order to the nursery on Friday. Thank you to all who participated to help support the choir!
Dear NYC Trip Participant,
FALL CHOIR CONCERT TOMORROW NIGHT!
Tomorrow night is our first concert of the year! The kids will sound awesome and we look forward to seeing all of you. The singers need to arrive at 6:15 PM ON TIME in their choir dress or tux. See the Choir Handbook for more information about concert dress expectation. The auditorium will open at 6:30 and the concert will begin at 7:00. We hope to be done by 8:15 at the latest and Men’s Choir will be required to stay to help us tear down after!
PANSY SALE EXTENDED TO THURSDAY
Fundraiser participation was low this year…less than 20 percent of the enrolled singers turned in pansy packets last week. So, we have arranged with the nursery to extend our sale through THIS Thursday, October 6th at 4pm. PLEASE encourage your student to go out this week and sell at least $100 of plants. (5 flats of pansies or a combination of pansies, kale, and cabbage). I would encourage students to utilize social media and texting to reach out to neighbors, friends, and family… Check out the video below and visit www.coppellchoir.com/fundraising for more information!
Remember, this fundraising endeavor helps us raise funds to cover our operating costs to keep your choir fees low! If your student chooses not to participate in the pansy sale, we ask that you please make a comparable donation to the choir through www.GoFundMe.com/coppellchoir.
NYC TRIP PAYMENTS DUE TODAY
Your NYC student and chaperone payments are due today by 4pm. If you were unable to send a check or cash with your child, please pay online through Charms (no added fees!). Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance logging in. Thank you for staying current with your trip payments!
REGION 31 AUDITION – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Congratulations to all the students who advanced to the Region auditions. The next round of auditions is Saturday, October 15th, at Colleyville Heritage High School. We are looking for parent volunteers to Region 31 from 11:15am-5pm. You can dress comfortably…they ask that you not wear a shirt that represents our school so that you remain anonymous.
