Save the Date – Sept. 14th CHS Choir Full Service Saturday

Make-up Date for All: Sept. 17th from 6-8:30pm
Please add this important date to your calendars. On this day, choir students and parents will learn more about the 2013-14 choir program and take care of all their choir needs in one session. The event will be very similar to a schedule pick up with several stations to visit to handle various choir needs.
Some of the items you will learn about or handle on this day are:
Presentation of the 2013-14 choir program & booster club
Uniform fitting and payment
Booster club membership & volunteer opportunities
Info about 2013-14 shows and concerts, varsity trips, student fundraising and spring choir banquet
Charms system overview & sign-up
Choir director and booster club communication methods with students and parents
Order choir logo merchandise and/or CHS letter jacket
Look for more information in the coming weeks, which will include links to forms to complete before your arrival on Sept. 14. Look forward to seeing you then!

Four CHS Choir Students in the Oregon Bach Festival Youth Chorus

For three weeks this summer, Coppell High School Choir will be represented by four singers in the Oregon Bach Festival Stangland Youth Choral Academy in Eugene, Oregon. We are very proud of Jenna Hernandez, Sarah McDowell, Megan Rich and Jay An! They will be performing with two world-renown conductors – Helmuth Rilling and Dr. Anton Armstrong. We are also proud of Mr. Will McLean who works at this camp during the summer. You can read more about this and see some great pictures online at the websites below.
