Banquet Ticket Deadline MONDAY – Vivace Final Performance TODAY @ 2

Dear CHS Choir Members,

A reminder that our Banquet Tickets are on sale now through Monday.  NO TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR, so get your tickets online prior to the FINAL deadline.

Today at 2 PM is the Final Vivace Show.  Last evening’s performance went VERY well and we would love to see you there today.  Remember that if you wear one of this year’s supporter shirts, you get in for $5, if not, the tickets are $10 at the door.  See you there!

CHOIR UNIFORMS DUE TOMORROW (2nd, 3rd, 6th Periods)

Dear CHS Choir Students and Parents (of 2nd, 3rd and 6th Period Choirs),

TOMORROW is the deadline to turn in your choir uniform if you have not already done so.  After tomorrow, you will be responsible to have your uniforms dry cleaned prior to turning them in.

A Cappella Choir Festival di Voce Information

Dear A Cappella Choir Members and Parents,

We are excited about your upcoming performance at the Festival di Voce on April 25th!  Below is the information you need for this contest:

SCHEDULE

7:00 AM-Arrive to CHS Choir Room in Uniforms, Warm up then load buses.

8:15 AM – Arrive at DBU

8:30 AM – Warm Up Time

9:00 AM – Perform

9:40 AM – Depart for CHS

10:20 AM – Arrive at CHS, Change, Turn in Uniform, Head to 3rd Period (Passes will be provided if needed)

Breakfast will be provided.  You all will wear CONCERT DRESS and need to bring clothes to change into since this is the day where you will be expected to turn in your uniform.  You will be excused from 1st and 2nd Periods.  Please let us know if you have any questions!

2017 CHS Coppell Choir Awards & Dance Banquet Tickets ON SALE NOW!

Our annual spring CHS Choir Awards Banquet will be: Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Omni Park West Hotel at Luna Road and IH635. Dinner, presentations and awards (individual and group) will be at 7pm – 9 pm. The Student Dance from 9 pm until 11:55pm, for all choir students. ALL choir members, families and guests are invited. We look forward to celebrating with you!

*Meal options include: Chicken and Rice, Chicken and Pasta, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free.  Selections are made through the online ticket sales.

UIL Contest Information 2017 UPDATED

Dear CHS Choir Parents and Students,

We are so proud of our choirs as they have been preparing for UIL Choir Contest.  We just received the schedules from Region 31 and can now share this with you.  This information should be read by all choir students and parents.  Below is the information that you will need as the contest dates draw near:

• UIL Contest is spread across three days (April 18-20).
• Parents are invited to attend our performances at UIL.
• Singers must be eligible to participate in these contests.   All ineligible singers have been given alternative assignments and instructions for their respective class periods.
• Any singer who is NOT currently in A Cappella MUST turn in their uniform at the times on the schedule by THIS WEDNESDAY!  Singers who are are not participating in UIL Contest are welcome to turn in their uniforms before school tomorrow and Wednesday.
