Vivace! Parent Information

Hi Vivace! Parents-

The Spring Vivace! Show is May 3rd & 4th and in order to make it a success we need your help!!

There are 5 things that we need you to do to help us:
1. Bios
2. Personal Ads
3. Meal Help
4. Ticket Volunteers
5. Reserved Tickets

We will be including bios on each of our  Vivace members in the Spring program like we did last year. Bios are typically between 40-90 words. Bios include choir background, additional interests outside of choir, future plans ( for seniors) and a few personal lines sometimes including a line of thanks. We need you to send these to Deadline is April 12th.
We will again be offering ad spots in the program for all of our members!
Sophomore/Junior Vivace Members:
We will be selling ads at the same prices as in the Fall:

$25 1/3 page

$40 1/2 page

$75 Full page

Please make checks to: CHS Choir Booster and put in Booster box, deadline: April 12th. Please submit jpeg picture and text to  Deadline April 12th.
ALL SENIOR Vivace Members:

As a parting gift to our seniors, we are offering 1/3 page ad at NO CHARGE. Please submit a jpeg baby/youth picture and a current picture of your child no later than Friday, April 12th, along with the text you want included with the ad to There will be NO CHARGE! 🙂

If you choose to have a larger ad to honor your senior, you can upgrade with a cost reduction:

We will be providing meals to Vivace members for 3 dinners:
Wednesday, May 1st
Thursday, May 2nd
Friday, May 3rd-provided by CHS Choir Boosters

Choir Boosters will be providing dinner on Friday, however we need parent volunteers to bring food for the other 2 dinners. Please see this form for meal needs and email Michelle at if you can assist.

We will need 3 parent volunteers to sell Tickets at both shows. We need 3 volunteers on Friday, May 3rd and 3 volunteers on Saturday, May 4th. Please email Brenda if you can volunteer at


Back by popular demand, we will be pre-selling Vivace show tickets at the Choir Booster meeting on April 16, 2013. Tickets will be $10.00 and will be sold 30 min before and after the Booster meeting. All other non-reserved tickets will be $5.00/students and $10/adults and will be sold at 6:30p before each performance . Please contact Amy Szalkowski with any questions with reserved tickets at
